custom-grill-island-another-happy

Built In Alfresco Infrared gas grill running on propane with a fullly loaded custom outdoor kitchen.

Custom grill island - another happy customer.

This custom outdoor kitchen is finished with cultured dry stacked ledge stone and a beautifully flowing custom granite slab.  The built in barbecue grill island has bar-heaight seating along the long side and counter height seating and/or serving on the smaller counter in the fore ground of this image.
We not only built in the LX2 infrared alfresco gas grill but we also have a refrigerator, drop-in ice bin cooler, multi range-top the size of a normal ovens' range and an under mounted sink with an extended faucet.  There are several built in access doors and drawers and under the grill those are cubby holes lined with granite.
Cubby holes are very convenient because plates, spices, bowls, cups, napkins and anything else can be easily grabbed and replaced while cooking, eating, serving, etc.  Like an extra counter top space that does not use counter top space the cubby holes are completely "finished" inside so a simple wipe with a sponge or squirt with a garden hose cleans them.
The Alfresco gas grill is probably the best gas grill on the planet right now.  Alfresco revolutionized infrared gas grill burners and are popular among many well-known commercial kitchens where the "perfectly grilled steak" has to be served exactly on-time twenty-five times a night.
In your backyard the LX2 Alfresco has the ability to barbecue at low temperatures, use a built in smoker drawer for added wood-smoke flavors and the infrared gas grill burner can grill at direct temperatures above one-thousand degrees within a minute of turning the grill on.

The amazing heat was originally invented as the TEC infrared grill burner which pressurizes gas in the lower housing in order to burn natural gas or propane exponentially hotter than any other barbecue burner.  Infrared grill burners are becoming more common since TEC invented the burner over 20 years ago but no body makes a better product than Alfresco in the new LX2 models.

Custom wood burning fireplace designs.

Putting up a fireplace, especially in places with cold weather, is a must. But this is not an easy task to do. Putting up a fireplace is not simply putting up another decoration to a house. By doing so, things like building code, fire codes, preference, style and materials need to be considered accordingly. The design of the fireplace, including the height, position and technical measurements, shall match the lifestyle of the homeowner as well.

Furthermore, the job does not end after the construction of the fireplace. The work still continues even after its installation. The jobs after construction include annual and regular inspections and other maintenance or preventive or precautionary check-ups.

In order to make the life of the homeowners much easier, there are five (5) points that are worth considering, which are the (1) fireplace installation considerations, (2) type of fireplace, (3) positioning, (4) choosing whether chimney or chase, and (5) choosing whether single or double-walled flue.

On the first topic, installing fireplace require compliance to specific safety guidelines like fire and building codes of a specific city. It is basic to know that one cannot build a fireplace in a combustible area. There are also increments or space allowances surrounding the fireplace area. Depending on the specific codes of the city, the material of the floor surrounding the fireplace shall not be made from easily combustible materials. The foundation, where the fireplace will be built, shall be suitable as well.

Secondly, the type of the fireplace must also be determined accordingly.  Gas fireplaces are growing in popularity and ventless gas fireplace designs have evolved far beyond the boundaries of the fake fire.  Wood burning fireplaces look, smell and sound like a real fireplace and have the ability to burn anything for anytime with no limit to design or heat produced.  There are two major types of a fireplace: namely, masonry and factory-built. The masonry type of a fireplace is usually made up of blocks, fire bricks or mortar. The factory-built, on the other hand, is usually built with lightweight firebox made up of metal.

The third topic is primarily about the physical appearance of the fireplace. Its style, design and position must not be substandard. There is a specific location that will match the homeowner’s lifestyle and preference. Furthermore, the fireplace must be placed in accordance with the positioning of the house’s windows, doors and curves or corners. Some cities even provide a standard policy, which states that the fireplace must be built at least 36 inches away from combustible surface like walls or floor.

The fourth topic talks about choosing whether to build a chimney or a chase. Chimneys and chases are, of course, different. Choosing which one to build reflects the preference, style and character of the designer and even the homeowner.

To delineate chase from a chimney, the former is usually made up of decorative and pretty covers that enclose the flue inside chimneys. The primarily purpose of using chase is to decorate or stimulate a stylish look of the bricks. Compared to ordinary chimney, the advantage of using chase is the cost. It is much cheaper to use chase because it is usually made up of either metal or wood. This, however, make the chase last not too long, unlike the life-span of a chimney, which is made of concrete bricks. On the other hand, the advantage of the chimney is its durability.

The fifth, which is the last point to consider, is choosing whether to put up a single or a double walled kind of flue. The advantage of the single-walled kind of flue is limited to its safety features when used as insulation in a masonry chimney. Double and triple walled chimney flue allow heat to rise while the flames consuming oxygen at the bottom of the chimney threaten to create a vacuum causing cool air from the top of the chimney termination cap to be pulled down through the outer flue section.  The hot air is pulled up through the inner section and cool air is pulled down through the outer section.  Double and triple walled chimney pipes are law in most states today because they are so much safer within homes built with wood and other combustible materials.

At the end of the design and the construction the enjoyment of sitting back in a cold room with a hot fire is worth every penny spent, every drop of sweat and the hours of creating the custom fireplace.  With a few accessories the wood burning fireplace can become an oven, bed warmer, home deodorizer and just a eye-magnet in the room where everyone wants to congregate.

The biggest brand in grilling, it is also the oldest. Around since 1948, the company’s products are sold in retail stores throughout the country. Charbroil gas grill replacement parts

The Char-Broil company is based out of Columbus, Georgia where their headquarters are located. They also have satellite office in China for their international retail operations. Char-Broils sales a variety of grills and accessories, amongst them, infrared products, outdoor fireplaces, smokers and fryers.

Aside from Char-Boil grills, other brands managed by the company include New Braunfels Smoker Company, Famous Oklahoma Joe’s Smoker Company and Thermos.

Charbroil gas grill owners, electric barbeque users, charcoal and wood smoker chefs and lovers of any of the many Charbroil outdoor products know the Charbroil gas bbq grills are not the top-of-the-line, high end gas grill that use lights and digital thermometers and infrared sear zones and solar panels, spring-loaded hoods, electrical transformers or other top-end features.  Charbroil barbecues cook food but they will not give you a foot massage and they have been barbecuing for a very long time.

Charbroil have been manufacturing and selling barbeque grills for long enough that the company has learned to utilize big bix store retailers by manufacturing bbq grills branded specifically for the retailers.  Charbroil has also learned hw to cut costs by sub-contracting most of the materials, construction and distribution that causes profit loss in weaker companies.  The brand of Charbroil has existed long enough that thousands and thousands of people have Charbroil barbecues in dozens of budget levels.  In addition to the gas grill replacement parts from Charbroil there are many after-market companies that support Charbroil models.

Most of the popular Charbroil models are the lower-end gas BBQ grills that are very inexpensive, fast to build and easy to learn.  Most customers grilling on the Charbroil barbecue will learn its uses and get used to the time taken to heat up, cool down, burn through a tank of gas and will sub-consciously memorize cooking times for standard barbecuing.  When the grill parts begin to rust or fail the majority of backyard chefs will repair their Charbroil barbecue at least one time to avoid choosing a new barbecue grill and re learning its moods.

Charbroil have evolved with the times and have continued to sell gas bbq grills with less expensive grill parts and lower end models that are a good value for the money spent.  Recently Charbroil have branched off into infrared grilling in a deal the TEC and have been selling smokers, electric barbecues and even some fireplaces and fire pits.  Charbroil cook books, sauces and rubs are made exclusively by great chefs and are great products on any gas grill.

While Charbroil barbecues and Charbroil gas grill replacement burners will never be considered the best in the world they are often the best choice and the best value for the money.  With so many years in the outdoor market the gas grills are useful, intuitive and reliable if only because the after market repair parts are so much better quality than the original grill parts.

Brinkmann barbecue grills and gas grill replacement parts.

Anyone who loves meat has, to some degree or other, a great passion for barbeques, and many consider it a true hobby. Being one of the most simple ways of cooking great meat, and having a distinctive smoky flavor, barbeques are a favorite pastime in the hot summer sundays. It should be no surprise that the popularity of brands like Brinkmann rose exponentially in the last decades and it still grows strong regardless of manufacturing changes, model differences and gas grill replacement parts.

Brinkmann gas bbq grill parts.

The Brinkmann society has its foundation in Dallas, Texas. For over thirty years it has been the preferred choice of many American families because of their basic qualities that made it famous: its easiness to use, the price tag and the versatility.

Not always more is better. Sometimes we just want to spend a Sunday morning cooking meat instead of trying to understand how to do it: most of the barbeque users, in fact, just want a grill to barbeque meat and very little else. Brinkmann barbeques are from this point of view, the epitome of simplicity. No useless features, just a plain barbeque that everyone can start using right away, enjoying the great smell of cooking meat. But simplicity must not be linked to low quality. The Brinkmann society is so proud of their barbeques they guarantees them for over two years. Unfortunately, these barbeques are not as durable as more expensive models but the company warranty will save you from bad surprises.

Being as simple as it can get, the price is stripped down to bare bones. You cannot find a cheaper deal than Brinkmann barbeques. For example, you can buy a Brinkmann 4-Burner Gas model for just a little less than $200 with plenty of cooking surface space to barbecue. There is a Brinkmann 2-Burner model, that is priced just a little above $100. These most economic models have more difficulties concerning the cooking, and often require constant attention to avoid burning the meat. But it is just a small concerns and the price tag is so low that it can be considered a bargain.

Of course, if you want a more professional feel for your cooking platform, you can check out more expensive models. For example, the Brinkmann Smoke N Pit Smoker, with a $500 price tag, adds even more taste and fullness to your meat, and helps control cooking of the meat. Brinkmann aims to make anyone who wishes to barbeque the perfect experience, from the most demanding customer to the most simple one.

But on one point the Brinkmann Barbeques have a value that makes everyone happy: the particular smoky flavour they give to the meat. Many customers love its taste so much, and say that is very peculiar of this particular kind of barbeques. And everyone who enjoys a good piece of meat cannot deny its wonderful taste when cooked on a Brinkmann Barbeque.
