Get access to the Viking barbecue manual that came with your grill (and probably hid in the garbage shortly thereafter). The users manual includes basic use and care of your Viking BBQ to ensure long lasting use. The Viking warranty information is there, troubleshooting problems, replacement part lists and cooking tips to get the new chef aquainted with their new Viking gas grill.
